Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. Now i get it. Only the strong survive. You are where you are as a result of your best thinking, change your thinking and your life will change. You do have to be taking action. Consistent action.
This shit ain’t easy, this whole thing of being an entrepreneur, working for yourself, working from anywhere, the hustle never stops, yes – you trying to make money online, building a business, even the stuff i sell is not always easy for everyone, some people reach success faster than ever….
i struggled for my first 9 months in this industry and then went on to make six figures, then multi six figures, then seven figures, then multiple seven figures in like less than 4 years, not everyone can do that, so the best thing to do is to be your best self and only focus on beating yourself and being your best-self…
Comparing yourself to others and putting others on a pedestal is a loser’s game, so stop doing it if you are….
Everyone is on a journey – you are on a journey too, embrace that journey…

I believe i’ve had a little unfair advantage cos of where i grew up from, hustling was part of my life as far as i can remember, when i was 14-15 i was selling phones in Sunday Market (Brick Lane, London) when i was 17 i was importing stuff from China to sell, when my friends was getting jobs, i was getting money on Ebay.
I would knock on my neighbours doors and tell them i am on my way to becoming a “Ebay Powerseller” and if they had shit in their garage, i would sell it for them for a commission…
From the beginning, I had entrepreneurship in my blood, i was more interested in getting money than playing sports or doing what normal kids would be doing, getting a job, getting a degree and working for 30 years for a pension.
Nah, no thanks. Scratch that.
When i was 19 i took all the money i had and went to Bulgaria to set up a property company. I had a grand plan that was going to make me millions and i’d retire before i was 21. It failed.
When i was 20 i thought i’d be smart to work for my dads construction company, steal his employees and start mine own, after the first project of laminating someone’s floor i made £90 / $140 and thought this is the way.
That fell short, as i got caught next day from my dad and his friends. That plan failed too. So i left.
As far as i can remember i hustled, alot of it was down to seeing how my father hustled, worked in factories and created wealth coming from a poor country and then settling in London and working his way up in the factory in Hackney, then in the property game.
This inspired me at a young age to want more, be more, do more, i’d see my mum on her second hand machine make skirts for 50 pence each.
Both my parents hustled, i hustled on the streets, i guess i became street smart and savvy from there and then built up on it.
I was very blessed to hang with my father’s friends when i was growing up, they were all broke bangladeshi guys that came to UK with nothing and in less than 10 years had kinda built themselves up…
it had been a lot more interesting, intriquing, notable and valuable than my days on the streets with the kids i knew growing up. You gotta hustle just like you are in short supply of time, money, resources, by simply getting shit done.
One “hack” which i experience myself - is creating a sense of urgency and building up over the internet the worst thing that may happen easily don’t have this shit done.
The greater intensity you'll have within yourself, your small business that pressure drives you to either have a amount of friction or fulfillment, either way it adds fuel to the hustling power.
To persistence, your degree of persistence when shit doesn’t work out will determine how long you're going, there is really not a way it is possible to accept failure and quit, we have failed 10x greater than we have succeeded, i guess it’s not sexy to share with how often you fail, but i’ll tell you now each successful entrepreneur i've met have failed more times compared to what they have won, the’ve lost more cash compared to what they usually make…
Hustling needs to be part of your life, i was very blessed but still am being flanked by those who have believed in me, which has also increased me believing in myself more. On one occasion i was talking with a pal / mentor of mine Peter Nguyen (he’s an issue) and i remember just hearing him complimenting in my hustle and i could sense in himself that he believes as to what i’m doing. (At that time, i never even met him face-to-face!)

Having the right people who are around you re-enforces, re-invigorates, re-emphasises that you are doing what's right, in the right time.
Attaining success isn't necessarily easy, specially when you're new and getting started, it requires plenty of dedication, focus, attention and also you has to be a person that is centered on self growth. Doing work Two times as harder on myself, on my small mind then i do on my small business.
Mindset to approaching things is much more important than simply how you get it done, mindset results in using a strategic mindset where you can harness your unique capability to create maximum results.
Success is really a tricky, counter-intuituive trickster yet sadly a lot of people will not have it, you may do, cos you might be reading my damn post.

When i would be a newbie kid (21yrs age) and accidentally stumbled across started on this industry i'd more setbacks than a lot of people, i needed dropped outta university within my final year, relatives and buddies laughing at the fact i want to break the bank working from home…
I immediateley found myself in around $40,000 worth of debt as i bought right into a $20k multi-level marketing program and then went on a rampage of buying every-and-any-damn course online marketing.
You'll excel faster than anyone else if you invest in yourself, get the right coaching, mentoring, and guidance from people who you want to be like.
Increase your skill development and become more attractive in the marketplace, have persistence, be networking with the top level players in your niche, study sales, marketing, influence and persuasion.
As an entrepreneur you also need to be immune to criticism and have a high pain tolerance.
Your height of pain threshold determine your success because it means you won't give up when things get tough, and oh boy - they will.
The first 6 figures will probably be tough. Your first 7 figures is going to be tough. Your first 8 figures will probably be tough less then where i'm at risk of now, however i possess a strong fist and i'm punching and fighting my way there. Lol.
No seriously, i will be. A few of my challenges i face are just so damn ridiculous, and that i know most average people wouldn't normally be also capable of comprehend it, however use a compelling “Why” plus a vision that will get me thru the cruel times. Make sure to have your own compelling future which will drive you forward even when you think all is not exercising.
Build these traits within yourself as an entrepreneur, create big goals, stick to your deadlines, and be held accountable.
Oh, and maybe the most important thing i can tell you, is stay detached to the end outcome, don't let your happiness be dependent on other people or how big your bank account gets, if i had nothing in this world, just my basic shelter i know ''ll be a happy camper.
Everything is an addition to my happiness, my happiness comes from within, comes from prayer, being in a state of gratitude, adding value to other people's lives.
Develop winning habits, start early, it's never too late. Find the habits that serve you and find role models who you can model off, and then develop the habits thats required, daily discipline is crucial for your success.
This is an unstoppable formula for success.
I'm assuming you are on the path to success whatever that means for you, i have one advice amongst many.
DON'T EVER GIVE UP. The rewards are so damn great. Have fun, don't take it too seriously. Now Get on with your hustle.
Lesson 2 : Money Isn’t Everything :(
Money doesn’t build your life perfect. How much of an awakening…
Does this exist, sometimes when i really do live events the ones reach me, instantly installed me on a pedestal as if i’m some perfect guy, one guy even said to me i’m being a God to him. * i desired to strangle him *
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. never put people on the pedestal. What you wear a pedestal is usually going to be over the budget.
Don’t idolise people. Because they are just people
Simply because people have a lot of things better than you, doesn’t mean they're allowed to be placed on something out of this world, they are still on this planet, and it’s feasible for you also. When i meet immensely successful people i then just know if i'd like what they've, i just gotta learn and model off them.
I’ve realised this event is only a journey, your vacation, my journey, everyone is on the journey, i respect everyone, not only a millionaire or even a billionaire but the guy who got pitched by his uncle to become listed on Amway, or another MLM and it is wanting to recruit his family and friends. I applaud you to have the heart to step into the fierce arena of entrepreneurship.
I don’t look down upon anyone, unless they are shorter than me, duhh. lol.
I’m exactly like my amazing maid that comes to the house having a beautiful smile to completely clean once weekly, i just do different things, that’s all.
Anyway to my point, i will be still human, i still go thru shit, challenges, relationship trouble, employee headaches, procrastination periods, anxiety, worry, troubles on which i’m i doing, how i’m i doing the work, all that stuff.
You're always going to become human, and that means you will always possess some shit not exercise, for me last 6 months was my relationship, now that’s cleared, now i’m taking care of my health, and my opportunity and my vision.
That’s what life's.
Dealing with, scratch that - FIGHTING the difficulties, hahahah!
My entire life just isn't dictated because when much money i make or perhaps the desire to just have numbers, it’s the experiences, the liberty, the opportunity to hand back - i want to start building schools to guide orphans, i do some things like that, but it’s not enough i wish to give more back.
You can’t help the poor if you are one of which this bit of wisdom has been bound to me for a long time.
Provided that I'm learning, growing, & evolving, adding value to others along this “temporary” Journey called life… I am aware I’m in which I must be.
Funds are just one single component of one’s life you will find, it’s important - although not the main, well that’s debatable in accordance with your own values of hierarchy.
Lesson 3 : Motion Creates Momentum.
Momentum Gets You Results
Give attention to gaining momentum, yes - there are programs, systems that can help you get results within 30-90 days, but not it will lead you longer, so bloody stick with it.
Success is not something you just get up and get, it’s something you require to be effective your ass off for, it’s something 90% of people don’t do and that’s why they suffer from obligations and so are usually broke and short of money, that leads to some fear-based, scarcity minded existence.
I give myself 30-90 days for almost any business to get momentum, bear in mind i have spent more cash alone education to master what i do compared to average person will likely earn in the lifetime.
This can be one of the biggest killers of success and i'm responsible for it too, now i recently don’t do anything else if i can’t commit 90+ days with it.
Lesson 4 : The ability of Keeping Money & My Ridiculous “I Deserve A Slap” $30,000 Monthly Spending Habit
It’s don't assume all dandy-candy, When investing in the puzzles nailed down and You’ll start making a lot of money once you get momentum - yes, more cash than you ever made before….
More money than all your family, friends, cousins, relatives assembled - as soon as you accomplish that, or must i say prior to deciding to do that, you have to ALWAYS know this….
Always be aware of among Gross, Net and the way much it is possible to re-invest. My costs have sometimes gone as high as $200,000 per month.
It’s scary, initially it is - you then get used to it - and the only thing that matters is keeping that money.

Luckily i've got a mind will be able to process certain things extremely fast, like setbacks and challenges, and within a day, i was over it. Gratitude opens one's heart and prayer relives anxiety and worry for me.
So that’s a few things i do really to maintain me grounded. If you aren’t spiritual - find something external that’ll help ya.
Unsure, why i’m sitting here smiling at writing this lol, probably cos what i’m going to say next…
I'd just found out i just was spending $30,000 each month / £20,000 each month on stuff, stuff i've nothing to show for, fancy dinners, toys, and i don’t even see myself as someone who is materialistic, go figure…
i've not a clue why i used to be spending that, or the actual way it accumulated so far, after Six months of ridiculous spending too much money, after doing accounts again - i acquired slapped up and woken up. You can forget.
I don’t like budgeting as it kinda defies the purpose of why i’m running a business, however begin to see the power, value and intelligence behind it and thus now things are changing
It can add up and can be detrimental to ones success, i remember when i was a new and i also had made my first six figures - the very first a couple of years the money i had made,i'd blown it.
Fancy £400 dinners, fake-friends, partying, wasting endless time, and hanging with the wrong people.
It left me with - £286 (Minus) during my Barclays Bank-account. That sucked.
I recall thinking though - i’ll get this to back plus more, because…
I've got a SPECIAL DEEP Relationship WITH MY TARGET MARKET…
And i also learn how to market.
Still, the year after used to do like a million bucks in sales.
Overall, i will be still researching keeping money, investing etc. It’s a fresh growth, learning curve. Lesson 5 : Develop a Team Of A-Players & Get Yourself An Accountant
That reminds me, on the subject of having money, hire competent those who can manage your numbers, you need to always be taking a look at your numbers, each day - many times each day, understand resource allocation.
Hiring and developing a team provides you with freedom, but in addition plenty of damn headache, stress, worry, problems if they aren’t the right person of course, if you aren’t the proper type of person to manage them.
Ultimately Delegation has been one of my biggest secrets to success, on the typical day i would spend 30-90 mins e-mailing my list, yes i e-mail everyday.
Each email is worth around $10,000 in my experience, and so i invest some time crafting that e-mail. I can’t delegate this, nor do i desire to - we have influence during these subscribers and clients and i also respect them too much to ever outsource this.
Some of my subscribers are already with me at night ever since i would be a newbie. lol.
5 Years.
Just about, anything else is delegated, i don’t pay my own bills, open my letters, structure my live events, book my flights or hotels etc.
Well, it had been like that during the last Four years - now i’m systemising everything way more that less individuals are involved and many more is delegated.
Give attention to running a lean, mean profit machine. Cut body fat off and concentrate on high leverage tasks, clients, processes, systems, people, marketing as well as your target audience.

A growing number of i’m since the Internet Marketing, business marketplace is being more personal effortlessly this social media marketing stuff, you now have the energy to make your own personal tribe (more in that a bit later)
Make use of your personality to improve online conversions, to attract compatible people, to cultivate your personal tribe and cultivate them, help them succeed…
Develop yourself right into a friendly, trustable expert and advisor inside your marketplace.

This is actually the fastest way to start getting the outcomes you need, today i have a circle of 7-8-9 figure friends which can be doing pretty well for their own reasons.
I would like a small business like theirs - so i surround myself together. I want to avoid costly mistakes, therefore i surround myself using them.
When you feel like you're hitting a roadblock, employ a mentor, a teacher, an advisor, i’ve been carrying this out shit for soo many years, it blows my thoughts - that many people don’t do it.
This is among my top biggest secrets man. I just purchase shit i would like to learn. I drop my ego, my pride, my disempowering stories of “i know that” - well if you did, then why aren’t you in places you wish to be…
You’ll often be learning, so i embrace this along time ago. Rather than going thru courses and programs and training (which i still do btw) i find owners and masters of topics i would like to learn and do “Mini Brain Exchanges”….
After which that learning becomes something i fill my days with.

Yes, i fast-tracked my distance to healing myself while i understood this would be a new experience and i simply didn’t possess the skills, the competence or the confidence yet to beat this challenge.
The relationship was one of many most-growth inducing experiences of my entire life, it led a new road to my greatness and taught me a little more about loving myself deeply.
Helped me see myself in a different light, how much growth, learning and experience i have found within myself and in others now could be absolutely priceless. I’ll will have a unique place in my heart on her behalf
If you're stuck, go thru your challenges inside a relationship - start loving yourself countless being the best You together with then pray whilst praying, and forgive and let go and that is what i kept doing and i’m still doing now…
Really - anything can be reduced to people three things whenever you feel stuck and not getting to in which you want to head to.

Lesson 8 : Being Alone Made Me Rich
Invest some time alone. Spend some time in solitude lets you reboot/restart the human brain and unwind. This refreshes, and energizes you again in your perspective on life.
I spend SOOOOOOOO enough time alone, i don’t find many people accomplish that. So when i’m alone i might often walk as much as random strangers, usually older people and speak to them, let them have attention and seek wisdom and life lessons they could tell me.
Celebrate life much easier.
Constantly being “on” and being reactive to others doesn’t provide your mind and brain an opportunity to rest and replenish and nourish itself.
Being alone with ourselves without distractions gives you the chance to clear your brain, focus, and think and do more clearly, effectively and much more efficiently. Damn, think about this - this website post takes me like Three hours to write and it’s maybe because i’m by myself…
Travelling alone, spending time alone is a beautiful thing hardly any people understand. I am aware because a large amount of people will always tell me - how come you travel alone ? lol.
Since I travel the planet 90% of the time without any help, i will meet strangers, i've confidence to spark a conversion with anyone everyone at any given time and so i don’t need to be lonely if i don’t desire to.
And incredibly i love my own company! HAHAHAH. lol.
Spending time alone, having a notepad- journal - offline, minus the internet as well as in “Real Life”, walk around, spend time with nature and nourish yourself, love yourself, this is where breakthru’s, clarity of thinking is derived from, no less than for me personally anyway.
Pray. (if that’s look!)
Time passes Mosque as much as i will, sometimes due to my travelling i can’t, but i’ll take a prayer mat and pray - within my college accommodation.
However always invest some time in deep prayer.
When i go thru challenges, frustrations and problems in your life - i actually do seek coaching, guidance and wisdom from others, yet i do invest some time on myself usually afterwards to analyse, get clarity and acquire my mojo on
I realised spending time alone, i recieve to really sharpen my clear thinking in manners which i don’t do when I’m with friends, business peeps, family, i gotta escape and spend some time by myself.
Or perhaps that’s my excuse for going to a different country on a monthly basis. lol.
Obtain a simple or a fancy journal with a fancy pen, go spend some $50 over a pen and be proud of currently talking about your daily life, your challenges, your objectives, visions, and dreams. Your life worth living can be a life worth recording.

However these are just people and that i appreciate, respect what they do and where they may be at, however that don’t mean i’m any smaller than them. Once you originate from that place where you own your greatness and you're in deep appreciation of who you are without all the “stuff”….
You then turn into a little magical ball of awesomeness.
When i started deciding which i can do what i want within this industry, i broke records, became top earner, charged more income for services than anyone else, altered the landscape for several aspects and helped many people acquire more results as compared to whatever else.

I've probably made more mistakes than i can count, employing friends, family, firing then re-hiring the same people, arghhhhhhhh.
You have to develop yourself and also the team as you go along, some won’t be growing as fast as you, let them have time, nurture them that assist them grow when it’s time - then you can certainly grow apart or have them on.
Although i have generated huge amount of money in this niche for myself, let me tell you i’ve probably lost more as a result of hiring a bad people. I have suffered from a variety of anxiety, craziness, worry as a result of wrong people that i have hired and i’ve hired many.
Lol.
My new stuff that i learned is always to Recruit Talent, instead of just Developing it.
You merely gotta smile, learn, embrace this and proceed with the learning’s, i’ve started learning a lot more about building teams, i mean i still generated around $5 Million in sales during the last 4-5 years with a very small team - lower than 5 people.
They helped to access stage 1, doesn’t mean they'll help you to get to stage 2. It was challenging, people will not grow as quickly as you, and you've got to become happy with that, you gotta be comfortable with letting go, firing, having that uncomfortable conversation.
Within the next 5-7 years, I want to build various businesses and become inside the $100million mark. I’ll do this (I’A)

Oh company, its immensely profitable and this allows you to produce a true passive income should you do the job properly. Yes, autopilot income or whatever other “Insert Hype Word Here” kinda income exists with all the multi-level marketing arena.
numerous will say shit like, erm there’s no such thing as passive income or home-based business sucks etc….

Today i am the most notable Earner by 50 percent different companies - Empower Network + MOBE.
Lots of people on this industry will appear down at MLM’s / Network Marketing / Direct Sales business models and also have some type of stupid perspective about this, it’s soo stupid and backwards.
Even Robert Kiyosaki and Donald Trump have raved about if they were to start from scratch they would enter into the concept of Network Marketing.
But, back to the stupid people with stupid views….
Really they….
1) had some bad experience with others trying to sell in their mind
2) they joined one once they was young and new and couldn’t allow it to be in to a success
SYSTEMS WORK. PEOPLE FAIL.
I obtained into this industry then made my first million for the reason that space, i continued to create millions more OUTSIDE of this space, so again systems work, people fail.
After i was a newbie and i’d follow these what are known as Big Marketers always looking down and talking shit about home-based businesses and such, it would create so much controversy inside of me and cause friction. Sometimes i wouldn’t want to do anything because i felt what will my friends think of me along with what will those big marketers think about me…
I quickly basically said Screw Em.
I’ll do a few things i want
And that’s once i had been a millionaire.
I’d simply just remove them from my entire life, now i ignore them - mainly really because their words don't have any impact or no value in my experience.
AKA i couldn’t give a shit about the subject.
Each to their personal, and i respect everyone - i’ll always love the house business industry, in case you are inside it, don’t quit, don’t stop, learn the things which Top Earners are doing and you will reap the rewards of your greatest dreams.
Funny, how some of the biggest marketers now join me inside of these home business opportunities, yes even with pen names. You’ll be very surprised as to what percentage of them are inside it.

I've been students with the topic 80-20 from the time i was a new on this industry and i'll remain.

Irrrve never is going to be among those people who says, oh i should have spent more hours with my loved ones. After travelling alot, i’ve seen a lot of people just aren’t in “touch” with their families, their siblings therefore i designed a very conscious decision to always be dedicated to be around my children, serve them well. Even very little in this world, my family provides me with a lot richness and joy.
